Located in Kalispell, MT exists to empower longer and healthier lives of our patients and the community we serve through a specific and measurable holistic health approach. Served six years in the Special Warfare Division of the U.S Navy as a NAVY Diver. He graduated, top of his class from the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City, FL. He conducted operations of Expeditionary Combat, Salvage Diving, Ships Husbandry, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Assistance. While serving, he studied construction management and worked as a Project Engineer with Abbott Construction, Seattle WA, after being honorably discharged from the Navy. While working with Abbott Construction Dr. Tanner Klein was dealing with significant back and hip injuries from his time of service which led him to pursue a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
